[Discontinued] Gen 2 Standard Actuated TRIO Flatmount

• 3D printed from waterproof and UV resistant thermoplastic that will not warp
• 4 pieces are acetone welded together for near seamless and very strong joints
• 3mm acrylic base is adhered using sikaflex 221.
• Brass heat set inserts ensure screws won’t loosen over time
• Waterproof cable gland replaces the commonly failing Starlink connection (* Note, this requires cutting the Starlink cable and crimping 2x RJ45 plugs to use with shielded waterproof connector)
• EPDM O-ring gasket is compressed by 4.5 mm polycarbonate top with M5 SS hardware

*NOTE: due to the hands on assembly in the manufacturing process, there may be slight variations in textures and colors between mounts.

*All parts needed to complete the install are included in the kit, however you will need the following tools for DIY install:

Table saw, oscillating multitool, or dremel to cut apart the dish

RJ45 Passthrough crimp tool (available on amazon for $20)

3mm hex key/bit for tightening M5 stainless steel screws

Please Note: This is a DIY kit for those with basic tools and hands-on experience. If you'd like us to handle the conversion, select "Yes I will ship my Gen 2 Dish for install". We'll reach out to you via email to coordinate sending in your antenna and 75ft or 150ft network cable in. The Wi-Fi router and metal base are not needed for flat mount conversions. Do not include them in the shipment to us when sending in your antenna for modification.
