Description Description

The Gen 2 All in One 12V TRIO Flatmount is a low profile mounting solution that includes everything you need to power your dish on 12V or 24V power! This allows you to eliminate the bulky and power hungry starlink router, and allows easy transfer of Gen 2 Starlink™ on vehicles in multiple locations without the setup time.

De-cased aftermarket router is enclosed within the case. Power saving is ~30% compared to using stock starlink router and added benefit is no longer needing to run a 12v-110v inverter.

Available as bare wire, cigarette lighter plug, or ring terminals
Voltage converter accepts 10-30V input

3D printed from waterproof and UV resistant thermoplastic that will not warp

4 pieces are acetone welded together for near seamless and very strong joints

3mm acrylic base is adhered using sikaflex 221.

Brass heat set inserts ensure screws won’t loosen over time

EPDM O-ring gasket is compressed by 4.5 mm polycarbonate top with M5 SS hardware

*NOTE: due to the hands on assembly in the manufacturing process, there may be slight variations in textures and colors between mounts.

*All parts needed to complete the install are included in the kit, however you will need the following tools for DIY install:

Table saw, oscillating multitool, or dremel to cut apart the dish

RJ45 Passthrough crimp tool (available on amazon for $20)

3mm hex key/bit for tightening M5 stainless steel screws

Please Note: This is a DIY kit for those with basic tools and hands-on experience. If you'd like us to handle the conversion, select "Yes I will ship my Gen 2 Dish for install". We'll reach out to you via email to coordinate sending in your antenna and 75ft or 150ft network cable in. The Wi-Fi router and metal base are not needed for flat mount conversions. Do not include them in the shipment to us when sending in your antenna for modification.

Ordered the full kit for a gen 2 for my X3 Baja race the kit was nice and sturdy
Connecting was easy the install was a little difficult due to cutting the gen 2 satellite
Shipping was quick

Great Product, and Outstanding Customer Service

Ordered this a couple weeks back, and it arrived in timely fashion. The case was exactly as described and router was built right in. Assembly was easy and once the dishy was installed, it plugs right in and works straight away. I decided to cut off the 12v connector (which is unfortunate because the wiring job was perfect), and wired it into the Aux switch on my truck with an inline 15amp fuse. So far everything works exactly how I anticipated. For some reason my Wifi calling was not working when I first set it up, however a quick note to Tim got me sorted out in under a minute, just had to turn off the network acceleration feature on the router, and it works great! Definitley would recommend to anyone who needs service in remote areas and wants a more secure attachment for their Starlink. Haven’t had any issues flatmounting it or using in motion.

Video is outdated, because is easier. Trio (Tim) have improved the mount to make it easier.
